Welcome to Rinvox. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rinvox field operations CRM platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Services") provided by Rinvox LLC ("Rinvox," "we," "us," or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Services, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you are using the Services on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
2. Description of Service
Rinvox is a cloud-based field operations CRM platform designed for home service contractors. Our Services include, but are not limited to:
- Job Management: Create, assign, track, and manage jobs from a centralized dashboard.
- GPS Tracking: Real-time location tracking of field technicians to optimize routes and monitor job progress.
- Team Communication: Built-in chat, call management, and messaging between office staff and field crews.
- Scheduling: Drag-and-drop calendar scheduling with automated reminders and dispatching.
- Invoicing: Generate invoices, process payments, and sync with accounting software.
- Reporting & Analytics: Business intelligence dashboards and performance reports.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time, with or without notice.
3. Account Registration and Security
To use certain features of the Services, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
- Maintain the security of your account credentials and not share them with unauthorized users.
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to or use of your account.
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or harmful activity.
4. Subscription and Billing
Rinvox offers the following subscription plans:

- All fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis, depending on your selected plan.
- Payments are processed through Stripe. You authorize us to charge your selected payment method.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
- We may change our pricing at any time with 30 days' advance notice.
5. Free Trial Terms
We offer a 14-day free trial for new customers. During the trial:
- No credit card is required to start.
- You will have access to the features of your selected plan.
- At the end of the trial, you must provide payment information to continue using the Services.
- If you do not subscribe, your account and data may be deleted after a grace period of 30 days.
6. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Services to:
- Violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party rights.
- Upload, transmit, or distribute malicious software, viruses, or harmful code.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts.
- Interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services.
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.
- Harvest or collect personal information about other users without their consent.
Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, software, designs, trademarks, and other intellectual property related to the Services are owned by Rinvox LLC or our licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Services without our prior written consent.
8. Data Ownership
You retain full ownership of all data you upload, create, or store within the Rinvox platform ("Customer Data"). We do not claim any ownership rights over your Customer Data. You grant us a limited license to access, process, and store your Customer Data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Services.
Upon termination of your account, you may request an export of your Customer Data. We will retain your data for a reasonable period as required by law or for backup purposes, after which it will be securely deleted.
9. Service Availability and SLA
We target 99.9% uptime for the Services, excluding scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. While we strive to maintain continuous availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access and shall not be liable for any downtime.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rinvox LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Termination
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, upon written notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease, and we may delete your account data in accordance with our data retention policies.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Effective Date." Your continued use of the Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
